Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by classicbikergear.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Items that are used or returned more than 7 days from date of receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN, unless we have made the error and shipped the wrong merchandise or made a shipping/logistics error that caused an unnecessary delay and the customer no longer wants the product. If you need to return an item, please contact Classic Biker Gear and we will provide you with a RMA – return merchandise authorization number and shipping label.

- You tape the label to the original box and bring the original box to your local post office.
If you return merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise we will process your refund less a fifteen (15%) percent restocking charge plus shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.
How will my Refunds be processed?
How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
If you printed a postage-paid return-mailing label from our Web site or used a pre-paid label sent by Customer Service, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error. Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.
Items that are returned with seven (7) days and are not returned in new condition will not receive a refund for example:
- Any item that has been worn other than to check the fit.
- Any item that has been altered. (i.e. patches sewn on, size alterations, etc.)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee. Visit our domestic shipping rates or international shipping rates for applicable fees.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, the merchandise amount (less any shipping costs incurred if our error) will be credited to your account for use on a future purchases. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid.

How are refunds for gifts processed?
Classic Biker Gear LLC allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. However, our seven (7) day return policy still applies. The seven (7) days is still calculated from the date of receipt of shipment from the person who ordered the gift and not the gift recipient.
