Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: All orders over USD 100.00 will be shipped free via Standard USPS Priority Mail to the 48 Continental States.

Shipping Transit Times: We ship orders via the fastest route possible at the time of shipment for the method you choose at checkout. Some standard ground orders may be shipped via USPS if we are able to get your order to you faster. However, it is possible that we would ship your order via UPS ground when you select USPS Priority Mail at checkout. This is because some items cannot be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers of the item, if it is not available to be shipped via selected mail service. We make every effort to deliver every order as fast as possible. We use a complex shipping system from three warehouses and your shipping carrier may vary from your checkout method. If the shipping costs are more than advertised, we will contact you first for permission before shipment.

Average Transit Times: Transit times depends the distance from our warehouse to your ship to address. Transit times may be affected by weather and other mechanical delays.

International Orders:
We ship worldwide via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and UPS.

Shipping Damage/Theft: We are required by shipping carriers to file damage/theft claims within 15 days after your package arrives. You must report any shipping damage before this time limit occurs. Classic Biker Gear LLC will not be responsible for shipping damages after this 15-day time period elapses. Classic Biker Gear LLC is not responsible for theft or damage to packages after delivery. If you would like a signature required on your shipment, it is the customers responsibility to notify us before shipment occurs. Any product that is used even if damaged is not eligible for shipping damage replacement.

Shipping Policy: We strive to process all in stock orders by the next business day. Our USPS and UPS pickup occurs at about 3 p.m. eastern time (excluding weekends). Our shipments are delivered USPS or UPS on business days only. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Some in stock orders can take up to 3 business days to ship, or longer due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee same day shipping. During busy holiday periods, orders can become delayed due to warehouse backlog, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We charge a $10 order cancellation fee for orders placed with our company for an in stock item that is cancelled after the checkout process. We do not charge any fee for an order cancelled because we did not have the item in stock. We will ship to APO/FPO addresses but the shipment cannot be tracked and shipments to APO/FPO addresses are done at the sole risk of the customer. Please note that when an upgraded shipping method is selected, the shipping cost is for the shipping transit time after the order is shipped, and there is no guarantee that the order will ship the same day. We strongly recommend that you contact our sales office by email or phone if you would like to place an order for a product that is time critical.

U.S. Domestic Shipping Rates: Our shopping cart will compute the shipping costs to your address before checkout. 
*Note: Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories shipment costs may be extra. Overnight delivery is subject to date shipped, not the date it is ordered.
